Practice: Cynthia has had an active litigation practice since graduating from Washburn University School of Law in 1984. Her experience includes serving as defense counsel in numerous employment, personal injury, medical and chiropractic malpractice, and product liability cases. She is defense counsel in asbestos cases in Kansas and Missouri and has defended several medical device and personal product manufacturers, drug manufacturers and other product manufacturers in product liability cases. She serves as defense counsel in medical and chiropractic actions representing individual health care providers as well as hospitals and clinics. She represents health care providers in administrative matters before the Kansas Board of Healing Arts and the Kansas State Board of Nursing. She is experienced in representing employees in administrative matters before the Kansas Civil Service Board. She has also devoted a significant part of her practice to representing plaintiffs in major personal injury cases, including wrongful death and survival actions.

Admissions: Admitted to bar, 1984, Kansas; U.S. District Court, District of Kansas and U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.
